A New Year Approaches
 
Firstly, we would like to thank everyone involved in making 2010 one of our biggest and best years yet! Big thanks to the venues, sponsors, artists, and most importantly everyone that has enthusiastically attended the events and continue to spread the word! \m/. A Speacial thanks to Absolute Underground Magazine, Peace Drums, Greg Musgrave, Divinity, The Fempire Maidens, Laurie Dew Photography, Erin Cragg photography, Philly Roch and the Distillery.
 
Now, to let you know what to expect from us this year, there will be a little more fire, and a lot more chaos. Keep your ears to the ground as we will be releasing our 2nd Official two disc compilation album that will include western canadian artists Exit Strategy, Kataplexis, Divinity, Phantom Limb, Throne Of Vengeance, BDFM and many more. The second disc will showcase our American and International artists (stay tuned for band listing info). Expect the launch of Primal Lime Entertainment. 

January will give us a peek at FE's exclusive clothing line which will include the most unique, sexiest, and edgiest wear for women, aswell as the rawest hard rock and Metal gear for men, bands, and merch. On Feb 11th, we will introduce western Canada's deadliest metal drum wars from 40 bands across Alberta including a life changing grand prize.  Shows, events and public appearances will continue throughtout spring at different venues including the Distillery and MacEwan Hall aswell as surrounding citys Edmonton and Lethbridge. Summer will bring us the much anticipated open air kick off of FATE Fest in association with Zero Tolerance and Unablement Magazine. (stay tuned for listings and citys) Lots of energy, lots of hype! Runner-up, Rob Shawcross, proved to be tough competition. His impressive use of the V-Drums resulted in a unique and dynamic performance. For his second place win, Rob took home a TD-9KXS V-Drums Kit.

Rob Shawcross, from Calgary, AB, began playing drums at the age of 7, following in his father's footsteps. Growing up, he played in numerous bands ranging from hard rock to blues; heavy metal to pop. Currently, Rob rocks out in one of Calgary's most elite groups, Autobody, and has played alongside bands such as As I Lay Dying, Nile, King Diamond and Divinity.
